The Moon Weeps is the story of Nyanaga (Zulu for ‘the Moon’) decrying the fate of nature at the hands of humankind. An artist printmaker born in South Africa, Alcock completed a four year Fine Art Degree from the University of Natal, Pietermaritzburg (First Class). She is co-founder and Director of Inky Cuttlefish Studios, and graduated with Masters in Printmaking from Camberwell College of Art in 2004.
